Getting Closer To The God Of Your Understanding

I have used many ways to get to the god of my understanding. In 1995 I got into a 12 step program. The 12 steps helped me to get rid of all the anger and fear that I had been Stuffing and Stuffing all my life since I was a small child. No one ever gave me a Hand Book On What To Do With My Feelings and Emotions. The 12 Steps Offered a way to live my life without harboring Resentments for a life time.; like I did before. Most people that I have ever met; stuff and hide there emotions and feelings. I am sure you totally understand what I am talking about. I surrender my Life To God (Unlimited Love, Unconditional Love, Enlightenment, and Bliss)... I meditate and pray all day along with saying affirmations all day everyday. It takes much daily devotion: in order, to feel peace, serenity , and bliss in my life. I do this, because It brings Me much Happiness, Serenity , and Success.....

Take Control of Your Thinking

Our thoughts are composed mostly of other people's thoughts. Teachers, Parents, Religious Figures, TV, Radio, News Papers all put thoughts into our thinking machine.

You can start today to have your very own thoughts.

Start by noticing what you are thinking. At first this will seem overwhelming. With steady practice, this will become second nature to you. You will do it automatically.

When you have a negative thought, simply replace it with a positive one. Telling yourself affirmations of what you would like to be true is an excellent way to take control of your thinking. Telling your thinking thoughts that You Choose is very important.

Our thoughts are vibrations and frequencies that are leaving an imprint in the impersonal field of consciousness.
The vibrations and frequencies from our thoughts are attracting like vibrations and frequencies which become manifestations in our known reality. Law of Attration = Manifestation.

Your thoughts is where each of your manifestations occurs. Start to become an active participant in the world that You are Creating. You are the Creator of your life experience...

Be Good To Your Self First

Be good to yourself first and foremost. Make yourself your #1 priority. If you do not take care of yourself first, how can you be there for your fellow man/woman? You can not. I have to make sure that I am healthy physically and spiritually; so that, I can help others heal themselves.

We Are All One / We Are Working Together

Everything in the known universe breaks down to energy molecules and even smaller than that if you know physics. For simplicity's sake let's just say energy. All of this energy constantly moving around. The table is moving energy molecules, my body is moving energy molecules, and every thing else you can see right now is actually moving around. We are connected to everything in the universe/in the physical world.

One of my old Celtic spirituality teachers told me to go outside, and meditate; and come back and tell him what the answer is..... I came back to him twice and told him my answer, and he told me that I was wrong. The third time that I went to him with my answer I said, " We are all one." He said you are right.

Just as I am connected to you, I am connected to God. I cannot not be apart of God. God is in my spirit. My spirit=Unlimited and unconditional love, enlightenment and bliss (God), and all the memories and knowledge since the beginning of time. Everything that I need to find out in this lifetime is in my spirit. It is in God.

The Definition of Spirit

The spirit is: All the memories and knowledge since the beginning of all time , the current level of consciousness of the spirit, and Divinity(or whatever name you wish to give it) - which is Unlimited and unconditional love, enlightenment and bliss that is at 1000 level of consciousess energy on the map of consciousness.

The spirit has Always existed with the spirit of Divinity. All spirits are timeless; they have lived forever. Everything one needs to know comes from within the Spirit of ones self. To go within is to Win !!!





Map of Consciousness is written by David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD. It starts at 20 and goes up to 1000, and the closer that one gets to 1000, the more one knows and understands Divinity. Four people reached 1000 so far - Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, and Zoroaster. You can find this map on the internet and in his book "Power vs. Force." David R. Hawkins MD, PhD is currently at 981 in his level of consciousness. There are 10 people on the Planet in the 900s.

Definition of Spirit and Manifestation Process


Spirit = Unlimited and unconditional love, enlightenment and bliss (God or any name you wish), my current level of consciousness, and all the memories and knowledge since the beginning of time. (Everything that you need to know is already contained within your spirit.)
